HO CHI MINH CITY, 19 OCTOBER 2024 - Hong Leong Bank Vietnam (“HLBVN” or the “Bank”) celebrated its 15-year anniversary with a gala dinner and appreciation ceremony recently, commemorating the Bank’s strong growth and success in Vietnam while underscoring its unwavering commitment to the Vietnamese market and its people.
HLBVN is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Leong Bank, a well-established financial institution based in Malaysia with 119 years experience in the banking industry. The Bank commenced operations in 2009, becoming the first Southeast Asian bank to operate with 100% foreign capital in Vietnam. HLBVN has seen significant growth in recent years, recording a 269% growth in income over the past 7 years.
