We are happy to inform that we have upgraded the system and are proud to launch SmartOTP in order to improve service quality and to bring greater convenience for you.
Now you will be able to receive your OTP via Push Notification on any device you choose. This will make transactions much smoother and faster. This is great for when you do not have phone connection.
When you turn on SmartOTP, your OTP will be send to the device you register to receive the SmartOTP.

SmartOTP is password protected and bound to one of your devices. This means you have full control over your transactions.

How to turn on SmartOTP?
Upon activating the Smart OTP (under method 1 or method 2), all remittance transactions via HLB Connect app shall be carried out by using security factor of SmartOTP.
