UPGRADE NOTIFICATION FEATURE ON HLB CONNECT APPLICATION

Hong Leong Bank Vietnam Limited ("Hong Leong Bank") sincerely thanks our valued customers for your continued trust in us.

The notification feature (Push Notification) on HLB Connect application has been upgraded since March 1st, 2024. Now you can receive notifications about changes to your account balance, transaction alerts, monthly loan repayment notifications, and more, through the notification feature on the HLB Connect app completely free of charge.

You can use this feature to replace SMS Banking. Please go to the "Notification Settings" section to enable the "Transaction Notification" feature to receive notifications instead of the SMS notification channel.

In case you have already activated this feature before March 1st, 2024, please re-enable this feature on the HLB Connect application as follows:

• Step 1: Go to "Notification Settings" and turn off "Transaction Notification" feature.
• Step 2: Enter the OTP code to confirm turning off the "Transaction Notification" feature.
• Step 3: Re-enable the "Transaction Notification" feature again.
