INTRODUCING NEW FEATURES IN THE HLB CONNECT APP

Dear Valued Customer,

From 22 April 2024, we have released a new version of HLB Connect digital banking application (“HLB Connect App”) which now gives you greater control over your online transaction limits and personal information settings. Previously, the ability to set your online transaction limits was only able to be adjusted in HLB Connect Web. Now, you can do it on the HLB Connect App.

1. Adjustment of Online Transaction Limits

The new "Online Transaction Limits" feature on the HLB Connect App will enable you to easily set your transaction limits (such as: transfer limit, fixed deposit placement limit, etc.) without having to log into HLB Connect Web or visit a branch counter. To do so, follow these steps:

We advise customers to only increase their online transaction limits when necessary and take the utmost precaution when adjusting your limits.

2. Access of Personal Information

The "Personal Information” section lets you view your current username, phone number, and email address registered at Hong Leong Bank Vietnam. You can update or change your registered email address within the HLB Connect App. 

However, to change your username, you will need to choose “Need help logging in” on the Login screen and follow the instructions. In order to change your registered phone number, you will still need to request it in person at our branch.
