Hong Leong Bank Vietnam (HLBVN) will be converting our customers’ mobile phone numbers from 11 digits to 10 digits in accordance with Decision 798/QD-BTTTT dated 25 May 2018 promulgated by the Governor of Ministry of Information and Communications and guidance of the State Bank of Vietnam by Official letter 6822/NHNN-TT dated 10/09/2018 on the detail.
This is applicable for all registered mobile phone numbers with 11 digits.
HLBVN will convert your 11-digit to 10-digit phone number as prescribed by telecommunication companies as below. There is no action required from you. Usage of your mobile number for the mobile banking service at HLBVN after conversion shall remain unchanged.

Note: Telecommunication operators will start its conversion from 15 September 2018 00:00hrs and will complete by 14 November 2018 23:59hrs.
If you wish to change your registered mobile number or otherwise, please contact us by 14 October 2018 to do so. Otherwise, it is deemed that you have agreed and accepted HLBVN’s conversion plan as described above.
