Documents and procedure required for application
- Copy of original ID/citizenship card/Passport**
- Customer to provide signature specimen in case the signature specimen has not been registered with HLBVN or is changed
- Deposit is placed or withdrawn via cash or transactional account at HLBVN
**All of account holders or representatives are required to submit copy of original ID card/citizenship card if the Time Savings is joint account or opened via representative respectively. Representative needs to submit authorization paper.

- For the lost Certificate, immediate writing notification to HLBVN is required. In case of requesting for a copy of lost Certificate, customer please submits a request form accompanied with an indemnity letter to commit indemnifying HLBVN for any dispute arising from the lost Certificate and the reissuance of new Certificate.
- For damaged or worn out Certificate, customer needs to submit a request form for a new Certificate together with the original damaged or worn out Certificate to HLBVN.
