Notice: SMS Banking Fee Update
Starting 08/08/2025, a fee of 22,000 VND/month (including VAT) will be charged for SMS Banking. This fee will be applied to each phone number registered to the account.
The fee is as follows:

Note: SMS Banking is a service that provides notifications of account balance changes, card spending transactions, loan principal repayment schedule, loan interest, etc. via SMS. The SMS Banking fee schedule will be implemented from 08/08/2025 and collected every 30 days from the date of SMS Banking registration, or from when Push Notifications are turned off.
Push Notifications will continue to remain fee-free. You can enable them by turning ON Push Notifications in HLB Connect.
